I Have A Mild Ankle Sprain And Am Icing It.

I have a mild ankle sprain and am icing it. I am considering taking Nalfon 400mg to help reduce swelling.

Is that overkill? Worth the long list of side effects? How long before Nalfon has any affect? Does one pill really do anything, or do I have to take it for day or two?
