I Have A Mild But Irritating Burning Pain All Most

I have a mild but irritating burning pain all most all of the time in middle lower belly deep in the gut area which is relieved by letting go a lot of wind I have had this for almost 4 years but its gradually getting worse.My bowl movement has changed completely over the last 4years to mostly been constipated and irregular small stool ?
