I Have A Mild Case Of Hemerroids That Aren’t Going

I have a mild case of hemerroids that aren’t going away. I’ve tried stool softener, staying hydrated and medicated suppositories. I don’t have access to a doctor right now to get hydrocortisone suppositories. What would happen if I used fluticasone propionate nasal spray into the anus every other day. Since hydrocortisone and fluticasone are both glucocorticoids?
