I Have A Mild Concussion. I Have Had It For

I have a mild concussion. I have had it for 4 days now. Today i started drooling really bad along with tingling in my face and numbness on my tongue. I went to the er yesterday and the doctor said the numbness and tingling could be anxiety but i am perscribed medication for anxiety and it is not changing anything. The doctor said my ct looked normal. Is this normal signs of a concussion?
