I Have A Mild Throbbing In My Upper Chest A.nd

I have a mild throbbing in my upper chest a.nd sometimes in my throat or neck area. Almost like a spasm of some kind. Sometimes it is pretty constant other times not so much. No heart or lung pain. Not painful just very annoying. Has been harder and sharper a couple of times though. What could this be,?
