I Have A Mildly Itchy Rash On My Right Hip.

I have a mildly itchy rash on my right hip. It does not appear to be shingles. It is only on my right hip/waist area and it only itches if I touch it. I am only concerned because I have been using hydrocortisone cream for several days and it does help but the rash hasn't gone away.
