I Have A Minimal Pleural Effusion Last Year Which Was

I have a minimal pleural effusion last year which was cured by the doctor precription use of an antibiotic moxifloxacin for 10 days after which it was healed but it left with a lung scar that made my work visa rejected for gulf country saudia arabia.
I seriously need to remove the scar from lung because I am unable to go abroad for job. I am very disheartened and depressed with this fact.

Please help...
