I Have A Minor Sinus Infección Which Im Already On

I have a minor sinus infección Which im already on antibiotics but the allergy specialist also prescribes prednisolone for back too of head pain that I get when my nose gets runny and I blow it and side of my face hurts (same side as head) already on 4th day of 7 days of antibiotics but it seems like I'm not getting any better .. Should I see neurologist or wait for follow up with allergy specialist ?
