I Have A Mirena And Just A Few Days Ago

I have a mirena and just a few days ago I started bleeding lightly I've been having small periods since I've had this it's been 3 yrs and I noticed with this it's a light pink red and kinda smelly is something wrong? I don't have medical insurance so I can't go get this checked out I don't have any pain while having inter course or in general
