I Have A Miscarriage 7days Ago. I Bled Heavy With

I have a miscarriage 7days ago. I bled heavy with cramps for 14 hours until the clots stopped but there still a little bleeding, but I expected that. 3 days after, I was very emotional, then since I have felt better in myself, bleeding less. But last night I started to have a pain above my pubic bone around to my back and down my leg. All on the right side, I've taken my pain killers they gave me every 6 hours as instructed. But they don't seem to be helping with this pain. I haven't been offered a scan, I'm O rhesus neg group.
Are these pains normal as I was starting to feel better but now it's getting worse
