I Have A Mixed Connective Tissue Disease, Doctor Has No

I have a mixed connective tissue disease, doctor has no clue as to exactly what it is, all I know is that I have muscle pain in my rear and top of my legs.
I have been taking Tamoxifen for 6 weeks ....the pain is unbearable at night when laying.
Is Tamoxifen making my condition worse? I am 75
