I Have A Mole Inside My Belly Button, It's Been

I have a mole inside my belly button, it's been there since I was born. It isn't cancerous, but I want to get it removed for cosmetic purposes. So I have a couple questions. How would the remove it? Would my belly button look normal afterwards? Would the process hurt more since its inside my belly button? Please contact me as soon as possible.
