I Have A Mole On My Back It Started Flush

I have a mole on my back it started flush to the skin then rose to look like a big skin tag, now under that mole there is a risen lump about the size of a nickel, and extremely painful. It is extremely tender and continuously to grow in size pretty quickly, what can that be?
