I Have A Mole On The Right Side Of My

I have a mole on the right side of my face just in front of my ear. I have been diagnosed with Hashomotos disease about 5 years ago. It seems when my thyroid acts up that mole swells up and sticks out much more. The side of my face itches and gets a rash along with my right ear becomes red, hot and rubbery feeling.
Do any of these symptoms go together or has it just been ironic that they all happen at the same time.
