I Have A Multiple Health Issues And An Injury That

I have a multiple health issues and an injury that have led to severe back pain, multiple procedures and more meds than I care to count. I am concerned about the pattern that may be erythema ab igne on my back from heating pads. Are there other treatments besides heating pads that may be beneficial?
