I Have A Multitude Of Cats & Kittens! Several Have

I have a multitude of cats & kittens! Several have frequent sneezing w/runny nose, swollen abdomen, matted eyes, reddened anus w/uncontrolled fecal discharge. These cats were "dumped" near my home. I have become financially/physically unable to care for them properly. I wonder if worms/fleas may be the problem since I can no longer treat them for this. Help, please.
