I Have A Myomectomy On 8/29/16 To Remove My Fibroids.

I have a myomectomy on 8/29/16 to remove my fibroids. I was discharged on September 3, 2016. I was okay, my doctor told me to walk around more often so It will help me to use the bathroom more often so that I won't feel so constipated. I did some walking with my fiancee today and when I came home I was feeling a lot of pains in my stomach and my fiancee noticed that my stomach is swollen. Is that normal? Should he rush me to the hospital to get it looked at again?
