I Have A Narcotic Pump For My Condition Lower Back

I have a narcotic pump for my condition lower back fusion. It has been 11 years since the implant. the medication in my pump is Diladid, Fentinal and the new on is Prialt. The Doctor is controlling my refills. I have been getting hot flashes for one month now and was wondering if the Prialt medication is what causing my flashes. the flashes happen after breakfast and coffee in the AM and lunch... Can you help? I will see the doctor tomorrow. Also the other medication I am on is Provera. is that possible for the flashes also.
