I Have A Nephew Who Is 18 And A Half

I have a nephew who is 18 and a half years old. adopted from Guatemala when he was just several months old. He has no ability to carry on a conversation with anyone, with the possible exception of his mother and even then it is almost monosyllabic. He has no friends and does not socialize. has no plans for future.
