I Have A Nephew With A Skin Rash. It Is

I have a nephew with a skin rash. It is itchy... in random places, - mid inner thigh. knee cap.. ankle. two on the hands, on the back of the neck, back of ear.. and now a spot near his eye. It is not roseola...nor looks like shingles (he is 25)... it is reddish to pink in color.. round circles, yet has a darken spot in the center
