I Have A Neurogenic Bladder With Aggressive Muscle Atrophy. I

I have a neurogenic bladder with aggressive muscle atrophy. I was first told I had ALS...then it was overturned. I also have severe diaphragmatic weakness. a neuromuscular specialist told me that it is a myopathy. When I looked it up; it doesn't fit all of my symptoms. Plus I saw this professional 8 years ago and he diagnosed me with fibromyalgia. What would you recommend?
