I Have A New Blood Test With Several Odd Numbers

I have a new blood test with several odd numbers a1c= 8.1, mpv = 13.9, rbc = 4.46, hgb = 13.1, hct = 40.7. I am tired sometimes for no reason & will fall asleep siting on couch after few minutes. wondering if these readings are cause for concern. thanks for your help
