I Have A New CoworkeR With Company Approx 6 Weeks.

I have a new coworkeR with company approx 6 weeks. They have periods Of absent days, missing meetings and no communication. They also gave shaking hands and sweating. This week it has gotten significantly worse with profuse sweating and hand, arm and even facial muscles sharing. They said it was severe anxiety and depression. I think it is alcoholism. Thoughts?
