I Have A New Dx Of Super Ventricular Tachicardua. I

I have a new dx of super ventricular tachicardua. I have a 7 mo old and 1 and a half year old. I am 31 and healthy. I have been having chest tightness and SOB and numbness and tingling in the face. Went to the ER and they said work up was negative for PE. But I have been having new SOB on/off for past week. I usually start feeing it more if I lay down in bed or if sedentary for the day.
