I Have A New Onset Of Migraines For 2 Weeks

I have a new onset of migraines for 2 weeks now along with nausea heightened sence of smell exhausted and sinus pressure (no infection) also my headache/migraine gets worst when I lay down or pressure on my head. Several times a week i wake up choking. I'm 37 pretty healthy. My Dr was not help actually walked out said he would be back and never came back.
