I Have A Niece In The Hospital That Just Had

I have a niece in the hospital that just had a wash out of her hip that had arthoplasty done. Waiting on definite culture results but she has had serretia previously and the doctors are suspecting the same. We are planning to go to see her tomorrow and was wondering if she is going to be in contact isolation or another type of isolation?? Should I be worried about contracting this or passing it on to my grandkids??
