I Have A Nodule On The Left Side Of My

I have a nodule on the left side of my thyroid. It's at least 1 cm in size. My thyroid blood work all came back normal. My hemoglobin is at 8; already take iron pills. Lots of pain in my left ear and in the left back side of my throat. Any idea of what could be going on? Endo is booked out for two months.
