I have a non verbal special needs child that is having bowel movement that is full of mucus yellowish very strong fish smell and he starts shaking when he's having that like it hurts and it's only mucus. Few days before that he was having bowel movements that had green spinach like stuff in it but he doesn't eat by mouth only by G tube
