I Have A Nuclear Cardiology Stress Test Tomorrow Morning. I

I have a nuclear cardiology stress test tomorrow morning. I have to be present at 7:15 a.m. I was told no caffeine for 12 hours before the stress test and no food after midnight. I had a cigar that I finished at 9. Will nicotine have any effect on the test?
