I Have A Numb Feeling In My Upper Left Abdomen

I have a numb feeling in my upper left abdomen after months ago falling to sleep on my left arm and my circulation was already weak now ive tried fish oil glucosamine w/condroitin and now im going to try some potassium gluconate to aleviate this tightness. Im waiting for a liver detox thinking it may help whats wrong Doc?
