I Have A Number Of Chronic, Incurable Medical Issues. I

I have a number of chronic, incurable medical issues. I am diligent and very self-aware, in order to stay ahead of symptoms and diseases. (including cancer I am a 36 year old female, that is trying to quit smoking, doesn't drink alcohol and does not use narcotics-the legal and illegal sort. I was subscribing to the "vitamin and calcium deficiency" theory because of osteopenia in my hips legs and neck-and quite frankly, because it is easy to address and not very intimidating. However, I refuse to get comfortable with a false sense of security and take proactive measures to keep myself out of docs offices as much as possible, I am forced to spend too much time there, as it is. What options/measures do I need to consider and address? Thank you in advance for your help.
