I have a ovarian cyst my spleen is enlarged and just had a d&c done last week and they found a polyp inside my uterus my stomach always feels bloated all the time don't really have an apatite and feel tired a lot what do you think could be wrong or causing all of this and the reason I got the d&c was because I was bleeding all the time
