I Have A Pacemaker And Also Take 40 Mg Accupril

I have a pacemaker and also take 40 mg accupril each morning along with 50 mg of atenenol. for the last couple of weeks my chest pounds I feel light headed and short of breath for a couple of hours after taking the atenenol. I lowered the does to 25mg and still feel the same way.
