I Have A Pain About Halfway Down My Throat On

I have a pain about halfway down my throat on swallowing. It's not like a sore throat but it feels like something is stuck on the left side. Sometimes it is hard to swallow. I also have been getting hoarse if I speak very much. But no sinus drainage or anything, it's really different than anything I have ever had.
