I Have A Pain At The Back Of My Head.

I have a pain at the back of my head. It has lasted several days. I do not have headachesusuallyso this is curious. When I push at the top of my neckoff to the right leftsideofmy skull,I feel tenderness and can make the pain greater. Is there a lymph node there that could've causing this?>
