I Have A Pain Going Up My Neck Into The

I have a pain going up my neck into the back of my head. I had a massage last wednesday because my neck was stiff and it hurt to turn my head. It got a little better but the pain is still there. I have to keep taking Advil 3-4 every 4-6 hours just so I can move without a lot of pain. I don't know if it's tension from my job or something else. Any suggestions?
