I Have A Pain In My Back Left Side The

I have a pain in my back left side the same area as where my kidney is. I have no right kidney. it is painful when I move and hurts when I sneeze or cough. I have a headache and feel nausea. I have been taking paracetamol for pain. do you think this is a pulled muscle.
