I Have A Pain In My Lower Digestive Area For

I have a pain in my lower digestive area for 3 months to the right of my belly button. I will worse when empty, I can not tell if it is muscular, and ulcer or something else. I had a heart attack 1.5 years ago, and 1.7 years ago, had my gall bladder removed plus stones, and I have a hiatal hernia.
I also next nexium for the hiatal hernia, plus the pills for the heart disease plus I have type two diabetes.
Could it be also from the metformin, or the many pills I take, it seems to be worse with stress.
