I Have A Pain In My Right Arm. It Feels

I have a pain in my right arm. It feels like a electrical shock running down my arm. I have some numbness when it happens also. It is painful and when it happens I have to stop whatever it is I am doing to hold the arm and wait for the pain to pass. I have been having this off and on for a little over a year.
