I Have A Pain In My Right Arm From Outside

I have a pain in my right arm from outside elbow joint done through hand and into index and middle fingers. Wrist very sore . A bruse and swelling on pam side of hand just under thumb and a bruselection on inside joint of elbow. This is getting chronic and I've had it 6 wks with no injury. Although I am a hair dresser and have been hair dressing for 17 yrs . I've never had this complaint before. What is this.
