I Have A Pain In My Right Knee That Is

I have a pain in my right knee that is to the right side of it and the pain goes down the back to the upper calf and when Ai walk it is making a clicking noise out loud that other people can hear !!! I have had one of those chicken fat shots done about 5 yrs . Ago !!!
