I Have A Pain In My Side That Is Extreme.

I have a pain in my side that is extreme. I went to the ER and they said it might be a muscle strain, but I still hurt and they did give me a cat scan and I am fine with that but am still hurting on my side. Now they want me to go and have physical therapy so that by doing that I will be able to get an MRI
