I Have A Pain In My Ureter, At The End

I have a pain in my ureter, at the end of it, for 1 year, getting worse with time, pain its not awful but i can feel it anytime, when i stretch bend.etc. specially when i sneeze the pain gets worse, it lasts for a few seconds and goes, but i feel like there is somethig with the muscle, dr told me it could be a hernia, i made a CT scan, and the results were fine. Urine analysis and culture were clear no infections.
