I Have A Pain In The Back Left Lower To

I have a pain in the back left lower to mid section of my head . It comes and goes but the pain is throbbing and sharp at times. It hurts to the touch and spreads to my neck jaw and shoulder what could it be? It seems to be the bone behind the left ear but son what higher I will have to stop here because I done have any money to go further.
