I Have A Pain In The Back Off My Head

I have a pain in the back off my head as in the top of my neck on the left side, an aching pain that comes and goes in my left elbow and crampy fingers in my left hand. My lower abdomen also has been aching, I have a slight headache at one point and my pelvic area, like my ovaries, have been aching with minor back pains here and there. I am severely obese at 5'4 295 with little to no significant health problems.
