I Have A Pain In The Left Side Of My

I have a pain in the left side of my jaw and throat. Although there is no pain in my gums or teeth, I'm wondering if it could be an abscess or swollen lymph node. It hurts when I swallow and the pain has gotten gradually worse over the last couple of days. Aleve was giving me some relief, but not toda.
