I Have A Pain Near My Left Ovary, On My

I have a pain near my left ovary, on my lower back near the same area as the pain near my left ovary, i also have a pain on my left side in my groin area, and down the inside of my left leg (thigh) to my knee. the pain in my ovary is a sharp stabbing pain - it hurts when i move certain ways, including opening my mouth wide to yawn while sitting. the pain in my groin area and the inside of my thigh feels like someone is putting pressure on those two areas. what type of test(s) should i seek?
