I Have A Pain On My Right Side That Sometimes

I have a pain on my right side that sometimes is more acute causing sharp pains. My temperture is a little elevated at these times. At other times I cannot feel it at all and my temperature is normal. All bowels are normal. THe pain seems localized but sometimes is a little caried
