I Have A Pain On The Inside Of My Right

I have a pain on the inside of my right elbow and I was told it is nerve related not bursitis. My question is, could this have anything to do with Carpal Tunnel? I did have surgery for that about 12-15 years ago. it is very tender right on the inside bone of my elbow and the pain goes all the way down to my fingers and that hand feels way tighter than my other hand.
