I Have A Pain, Sometimes Aching, Sometimes Acute In The

I have a pain, sometimes aching, sometimes acute in the right hand side of my abdomen, not far down from the breast bone. The pain is not always there but does come on every afternoon which seems pretty strange. I am very scared it may be liver disease.
